Open the bag and you’ll know straight away. Bochesa is about ripe, wild blueberry: deep, sweet and unmistakable. That slow natural drying gives it the jammy fruit and rounded body that make Ethiopian naturals so loved.
We roast it light to keep the fruit at the centre, with just enough development for sweetness and a full, lingering cup. Rest for 7-10 days for peak flavour!
