La Casa is the coffee we drink every morning. A semi-washed Brazilian gives it a deep base of chocolate and a syrupy body. On top sits a natural from Mt Elgon in Uganda, bringing ripe, jammy dark fruit. It’s rich and sweet as a straight shot, and it comes through clearly in milk, holding its fruit in a flat white without turning sharp.
